LOS ANGELES WORLD AIRPORTS APPOINTS LYLE W. HAYNES MANAGER OF ASSET MANAGEMENT DIVISION

(Los Angeles, California – June 11, 2004) - Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) has appointed Lyle W. Haynes as manager of its Asset Management Division.

He is responsible for creating and implementing asset development programs and strategies to maximize the value of LAWA-owned land and facilities, and for promoting increased economic development at LAWA's four airports: Los Angeles International (LAX), Ontario International (ONT), Van Nuys (VNY) and Palmdale Regional (PMD).

SECOND PUBLIC MEETING SCHEDULED FOR LAX MASTER PLAN PROGRAM

(Los Angeles, California – May 10, 2004) The Los Angeles Board of Airport Commissioners today awarded Professional Building Contractors, Inc. (PBC) of El Segundo, California, a contract for residential soundproofing near Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The $969,500 contract will cover sound-insulation modifications on 55 dwelling units located within the noise-impacted area in Council District 11.

BOARD OF AIRPORT COMMISSIONERS AWARDS CONTRACTS FOR 53 ALTERNATIVE-FUEL VEHICLES
(Los Angeles, California -- May 10, 2004) The Los Angeles Board of Airport Commissioners today awarded contracts to Villa Ford, Fairway Ford, Reynolds Buick-GMC Trucks Inc. and Victor Buick-GMC Trucks Inc. for the purchase of 53 vehicles powered exclusively by clean-burning compressed natural gas (CNG) for use by various divisions at Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA).
