AIR CARGO SYMPOSIUM TO FOCUS ON THE SECURITY ENVIRONMENT

TWO CONTRACTS AWARDED FOR RESIDENTIAL SOUNDPROOFING IN SOUTH LOS ANGELES COUNCIL DISTRICT 8

(Los Angeles, California – July 21, 2003) The Los Angeles Board of Airport Commissioners today awarded AMD Construction Group, Inc of Orange, Calif., two contracts for residential soundproofing near Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The two contracts, totaling $2,420,000 will cover sound-insulation modifications on 87 units located within the noise-impacted area of Council District 8 in Los Angeles.

ONTARIO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT OFFERS JULY 4TH TRAVEL TIPS

Ontario, California (July 2, 2003) - Ontario International Airport (ONT) is expecting a busy travel period this July 4th long weekend. The busiest days will be Thursday, July 3rd and Sunday, July 6th when close to 40,000 travelers are expected to use the airport on each of those days. ONT handles approximately 19,000 passengers on an average day.

(Los Angeles, California – July 1, 2003) Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) officials are expecting nearly 750,000 passengers to move through the airport during the Fourth of July holiday weekend Thursday through Sunday. This will be about five percent lower than during last year's July 4 holiday travel level, primarily because airlines have trimmed flight schedules.

BOARD APPROVES NEW AIR CARGO FACILITY FOR ONT

The Los Angeles Board of Airport Commissioners today approved the selection of Aero Ontario LLC (Aeroterm) and authorized the Executive Director to negotiate a long-term land lease and agreement with Aeroterm to develop an international air cargo center at Ontario International Airport (ONT).
