PALMDALE REGIONAL AIRPORT TO REOPEN FOR SCHEDULED AIRLINE SERVICE DECEMBER 29
PALMDALE, California (December 1, 2004) - Delivering on their pledges to encourage a regional approach to airline service in Southern California, Mayors Jim Hahn of Los Angeles and Jim Ledford of Palmdale announced that Palmdale Regional Airport (PMD) will reopen for scheduled airline service December 29.

Ontario, California (November 18, 2004) - Ontario International Airport (ONT) is expecting a busy travel period this Thanksgiving holiday weekend. S&P AFFIRMS "AA" BOND RATING FOR LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
(Los Angeles, California - November 8, 2004) Standard & Poor's (S&P) Ratings Services has affirmed the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) bond rating of "AA" with a stable outlook -- the highest rating S&P has assigned to a U.S. airport revenue debt. LAX is also among the highest rated of all transportation-related enterprises, S&P said.

LOS ANGELES BOARD OF AIRPORT COMMISSIONERS ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF KIM DAY AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF LOS ANGELES WORLD AIRPORTS

(Los Angeles, California - October 21, 2004) - The Board of Airport Commissioners (BOAC) today announced the appointment of Kim Day as executive director of Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), the City department that operates Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and three other airports.

Day has served as interim executive director since December 2003 following the resignation of Lydia Kennard.

MARK MASSMAN JOINS LAWA AS DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF PROJECT & FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT
